need help with pol

i am having problems with inputing the kanji and the katakana names at the one part of pol. i tryed a lot of names off of this site and i keep getting this error. can someone translate plaese.

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is that you have transposed where you put in the Kanji vs the Katakana. Otherwise you may be accidentally including furigana within your kanji. Also, you may be using Kanji that is too complex or has multiple readings associated with them and require furigana to specify the pronunciation. I asked my friend about it and he then called his wife, whom is a natural born japanese and I spoke with her shortly about furigana. If you can capture a screen with what you are inputing for a name and post that or send it to my e-mail, which is included in my profile, then maybe we can get to the bottom of this. I will attempt to translate the error message more, but I think this has something to do with what I already posted. Ganbare~!!~

Oh, the Katakana you are inputing might not be matching the kanji you are using because of the different pronunciations of the specific kanji. The kanji is ambiguous~ ^_^

Here is what is going on. You are putting hiragana and kanji into the places where you need katakana. This is how it is supposed to go.

Family Name:: First Name::
Kanji ie(kamahawa) kanji ie(Soujiro)

Family Name:: First Name::
Katakana ie(Kamahawa) Katakana ie(Soujiro)


You should really learn what each of the kana sets look like. The Katakana and hiragana.. Dont worry about LEARNING kanji untill you can distinguish between:

Katakana::
ƒA?@ƒC?@ƒE?@ƒG?@ƒI?@ƒJ?@ƒL?@ƒN?@ƒP?@ƒR

and~

Hiragana::
‚_?@‚¢?@‚¤?@‚¦?@‚¨?@‚©?@‚«?@‚_?@‚¯?@‚±


You have kanji in everything except the last name/family name of the Katakana section in which you put in hiragana.

I believe it is complaining that your playonline password does not match your playonline ID. Do be carefull how you type it in, as it is very case sensitive. a lower case "a" is very different from an uppercase "A" and a "0" zero is not an upper case "O". Check your password as well as your Playonline ID and make sure you are typing them in correctly.

Yeah, i had problems imputting password 5 times when i first started cos some of the letters looked alike. Then i just put it on auto-log. :sweat:
