Will spells cross over to another job?

I want to be a BLM/WHM, and then maybe mess around with RDM/???. If I get Black Magic and White Magic scrolls, when I become a RDM, will I already have those spells for my RDM? Or will I have to buy them all over again?

You won't have to buy the spells all over again. Once you learn the spell with one job, it will be available with every other job that is allowed to use to use it assuming the level requirement is met.
