Monk foods

I read another similar post Jei made about a few foods and their effects. I'd like to know what foods other monks have found useful.:biggrin:

I'd like to know this too... does anyone have a list of what some of the better foods are, and what works best for each class. I heard pie raises your mp by quite a bit, but thats all I know.

I've been eating a shishkabob recently that works pretty good. The icon has some green, some white, and some brown pieces to it, not the all brown ones (they are for mages I think). The name is pretty long. It starts with ƒ~ and is about 1/3 down the food list. I think it's +5 str, -1 agi, -1 int.

The icon is a hamburger if you haven't noticed :p It's like that for all foods. And the standard shishkabob is the standard food for most attacking classes.

What kind of food would benifit a RNG?

MNK => typical kabobs for +STR (or the high quality ones for +ALL)
RNG => most Fish for +DEX (more specifically ƒsƒsƒ‰s)
