Fuidama and stats

What stats are important for a thief when dealing huge damage with backstab, decieve attack, and WS? I know STR is important because eating a kabob really gave a boost to both backstab by itself and the WS also. DEX is probably important there too. By the way what do vitality and agility do for a thief?

agi is your evasion and range accuracy
vit is your toughness. defense.

if you eat mithra BBQ, that thing gives you 5 STR and +14% attack power. that's the great boost by itself.
