Samurai/Thief....good?

I was thinking on becoming a Samurai with a thief subjob, or a thief with a samurai subjob. I want to do this because with the thiefs evasion skills and the power of the samurai would make a good pair. will this idea work? tell me if there are any problems.

thf would only been a decent sub for samurai after 30 so you get backstab, but even then I don't think it's a great sub.
Samurai is only a usefull sub after level 60 so you can have silent concentration, below lv30 samurai doesn't have any really useful job abilities.
not to mention, it's dishonorable to attack from behind, so backstabbing is a big no no ^^

I'm think jus go with a Thf/Nin for it is just a better combo for a Samurai is more like a Warrior and a Thief is like a back-stabin'-piece-of- *ahem* But a Theif is a good way to get gil tho:biggrin:
