Thief/Ranger... good?

I was wondering, i am planning to be a thief with a ranger subjob. Is that a good idea? I want to be a thief with a gun so i guess if i have a ranger subjob then my gun could be more efficient. Will this idea work?

I suppose that would work, but it's your choice on what to pick. Some may not like it--who cares lol. Just be sure to keep it up to half your main then you should be fine.

THF is the most powerful with their daggers imo. their sneak and decieve attack won't work with guns. (i'll have to check how many guns thief cna use)

thf/rng normally is the most common combination when people go out hunting animals in a wide area... it works the best with THF's dashing and ranger's scanning.
