Expansion Problem

I am having problem with installing the expansion. I did everything on the forum told me to do which includes:
1) Setting Regional Language to Japanese and applying it to all users
2) Run the install without running PlayOnline or the game
3) Run the install with two CDs in two drive
4) Run the install with one CD at a time
5) Copy all files on both CD to the same directory on the hard drive.

With that being done, I can not install the drive. Here is a screen shot of what happen:

After that screen, the following screen appears and only one option was enable while the other two options were disable. I am not sure why the other two are disable so if anybody can help me then it will be great. I am having so much problem with this and I did everything that was done plus I read up on the forum but found not solution.

The first screen says FFXI is not installed. Are you trying to install on a different drive to your original FFXI installation or something?

The first message says that FF is not installed. You have to install FF before you install the expansion.

The second screen shot is just the installation wizard completing. But it isn't successful, it's aborted. (The option available is 'complete' to finish the wizard)
