What to do with Dangruf Stone?

I found this red stone in Dangruf Wadi (rare/exclusive) and I'm not sure what to do with it now? I assume it goes to one of the Galka, but who, and where the heck is he?

Its a quest in Bastok. Go to Bastok Market and go inside a trader's home and talk to a guy named Horatio (a guess).

I thought you give it to the guy close to the Chocobo Farm in Bastok?

Nah, she's right...there's a gem collector inside one of the Trader's Houses that wants the Dangruf Stone, so I gave it to him. :)

The man near the Mines District Auction House also collects gems, but he wants a different one.
