IS there anyone in all of Vana d'iel that know where scream fungi is found?

I cant find this ingredient for anything! i've searched high and low, and i really must find it for one of my alchemic formulas. If anyone could be nice enough to send me one to my mog house, or just sell/ give me one in game i'd be grateful.

here r the steps

1. put a pot in your mog house
2. plant some vegetable seeds
3. fertilize it with a dark crystal
4. eventualy u will get the scream fungi from the plant

well if i planted the seeds about 12:00pm CST how long would it take for me to be able to get the option to fertilize it?
