View Full Version : Mist Silk Cape & Ryl Footman's Tunic

The Mist Silk Cape would be very useful to my mage, but I haven't seen one for sale in a looooong time on AH (WH and San). How are they aquired/crafted? Anyone have one for sale at the moment?

And the Royal Footman's Tunic, also great for mages. Obviously can't be made, so where is it aqcuired?

There's always a tremendous demand for these things, with people willing to pay exorbitant prices for them. I'd like to know how to get my hands on 'em.

I'd assume Royal Footman's Tunic is something from the San Conquest guard.

No.... I try not to ask questions with such an obviously silly answer. I've checked everything that the guards have, and also did a search of the site before I started the thread. There's a Ryl Footman's Vest, but no Tunic.

It must be a quest.... :confused:

Oh, also wouldn't mind knowing about the "Friar's Rope", too...

Hmm, maybe it's something special for being in first in conquest? Just a thought. As for the Friar Rope, you have to go to the Cathedral. Right when you enter it, go left, then down the stairs and into the door (I think). There's one guy in the room and he asks for two beeswax.

As for the possibility that the Tunic is a first place conquest related item: no there, too. San has never been in first (to my knowlegde), and yet these things continue to occasionaly pop up on the market. You could be right, if these are just hand-me-downs from higher ups that got em (at some point within the first week or week and a half when San may have been in first), but I consider that to be highly unlikley.

Also to add to this discussion, I thougt you could trade your CP to a rival nation for there gear but for twice the cost? I went into Sand looking and I had once seen the TK offer me there items but for twice as much. Now all he tells me is I cant help you, is it cause im on mission 6? or something more sinister :sweat:
