I was wondering how do you get the paper for this quest? The person who is supposed to sell it doesn't on the beta and wondering if thats a glitch or what because i really want to be a bard... i even bought all the songs upto lvl 15 and i would be really pissed if i can't be a bard.

They stopped selling those papers after one of the patches. Now you have to find it at AH or need to find somebody who can make it.

sigh... now i don't get to be a bard in the beta because there are none in AH and the highest lvl for that skill right now is a lvl 12-16 if i'm correct and they haven't raised their skill lvl.

Last time I checked, there were a few pieces of parchment for sale at the Windurst Auction House. Might wanna check there...

AH = Auction House. :) It's the place where most people idle in front of at the starting towns.
