Palborough Mines

I need to do Mission 3 and of course you get the Fetiches from the Quadov's in the Palborough Mines. What's the lowest level you recommend to go their? I'm almost at level 9, 250 exp away. I can't wait to go their with all the good drops and such.

Also how much is the map to the Palborough Mines? Is there a quest to get it?

around level 11-12 enemies that can drop those parts will be between easy-decent-same level to you. you can try kill them one on one.
But the thing is they links so easily there. so around 20 if you want to have a safe hunt.

Either get a large party (2 full allied parties is good) to go into the deeper parts of the mines and fight the Onyx and Veteran Quadavs (which is not recommended for a level 9), stick with Amethyst and Amber Quadavs (which drop the Fetich parts, but not as often from what I've found), or buy them at the auction house if you can.

That map is like, 600 gil. I think you get it... in the Bastok Market... I think it's like... the center-bottom of the map in one of those stalls.

Little Hume kid named Rex sells the map for 600Gil. I just bought the four pieces but I will go their to level next time I'm on.

I'm on that mission too but so far haven't had any luck on the drops.

=) Heh, it took me many long hours and many dead allies to get a fetich torso. Yea, some guy told me you should be at least level15 even with a party. Yesterday I partied with 5 level 8s!! It was decent, until we ran into 2 even match young quadavs...

I just bought all 4 parts for over 1500 gil at the AH. Money aint a thing for me :)

You should just level. PMines = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ $$$. Well, for me at least cause I'm a thief, and I don't even have treasure hunter yet.

i found them all but the torso, so i just got that from AH. i was like lvl 9 or 10.
