Selling Equipment

For some reason I can't sell my equipment to shops. Do I have to do something to the equipment before I can sell it?

correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe you can only sell your equipment to certain shops and NPCs.

Define "equipment." What kind? You can't sell the stuff you start with, and you can't sell goblin armor.

you also Have to un-equip any armor/equipment that you are trying to sell..

Certain items cannot be sold such as your starting equipment. Square probably did that a long time ago (before you were allowed to re-purchase your starting equipment) so that people wouldn't accidentally sell their armor and find themselves without any equipment at all.

The only way to get rid of your starting equipment is to drop it.

yea only to certain npcs and to the shops...sadly the guilds don't allow u to sell to them.
