HELP disk 3 error!

just got my beta test cd today. I tried to install it on my computer and when i got to the 3rd cd i got a error, and couldn't finish. Something like c:/programfiles/playonline/finalfantasyxi/rom/18/53.dat. I also tried this on a second computer and it got the same message is there anything i can do?
