Whats the diiference between all the servers. And which is the best? (All this for the NA version).

Not sure what you mean by which server is the "best". All the servers are the same, no advantages on either one, just the way they do things on very other MMORPG to keep servers from being overloaded. I don't know too much about the US version, but I think there will be some servers that are combined with the JP servers, and others that will be US only? But I could(and probably am) wrong. Sorry I couldn't help you out more :confused:
