When I run PlayOnline, it shows the intro movie then kicks me to desktop.

I just installed PlayOnline, and when I run it, it shows the intro movie, but then it gets to the part where it says "PlayOnline", and then it kicks me to the desktop and nothing happens.

Using a GeForce4 ti4200 with the latest detonator drivers (gonna try an older version in a second). I've tried different resolutions and I still get the same problem, any suggestions?

What was your benchmark score?

If the benchmark progam doesn't run you likely have a non-supported video card...

Get rid of divx pro.

try direct x 9.0
you may need to have that installed.

I have done all of that and it still seems to not work for me, Tetra Master works fine put when i go to play FFXI it Plays the Video then after that it asks me about the policy i click yes the little bar loads. Finishes Screen goes black, Music stops Second later I see my Desktop.

Any more info to help?

maybe calling them up? email S-E? report the error and hopefully they know what happened?
