Need help getting to Jueno

I am a lv 20WAR/10THF and I am thinking of running to Jueno for the chocobo quest after I get the Wadi grass. What is the easiest/safest way to get to Jueno by myself?

If you imported I could help you travel there. But since you didn't I went to Jueno at level 19 and make sure you have your sub. When I went I went basically along the wall all the way to the Outpost then set HP just in case then ran there avoiding any monsters. The aggro monsters are Tigers, Orcs, and Trees.

Ok so I should go from Valkum Dune -> La Theine -> Junger Forest right? What's after Junger Forest?
