I hope there is not a thread for every nm in the game. BB is located in the south-east corner of south gustaberg. Pretty small spawn area. Not sure about anything else. Never tried hnting it beceause not many people mention it so I guess its not worth your time. Of course every nm drops something semi valuable at least though.

that NM is for quest. you recieve from Malene in bastok market. then you go to the south-east cornor of south gustaberg, to a light house. trade "kiss" (a fish) to the ??? there and that NM will pop

it drops an item for you to return to the quest NPC. no other use.

EDIT: a level 12 can easily kill it, i heard.
