Hi~.

For you expert rangers out there (far! where are you?! ^_^), I have a question.

Is subbing ninja for dual wield ability (meaning I can equip TWO archer knife, doubling my bow accuracy) a good enough incentive to raise Ninja to make it my permanent ranger sub?

Or, is it a bad idea given that there are no high level knives with bow accuracy up (meaning I will be permanetly stuck with lv28 archer knife if I want 2x bow accuracy).

Are there any other positives for subbing NIN?

Thanks for all your input!!

Well, I *am* still wearing that archer knife as lv59 ranger so... yeah, you'll be stuck with it forever ;)

There are pros and cons with nin subs.

Pros:

- As you said, range accuracy + 20 is pretty big. But who knows if there is a cap of how much range accuracy up can do? When fighting totetote monsters, you just KNOW you will miss sometimes even as high accuracy you have.

- Blink. This ninjitsu gives the tank time to get back the monster's attention when you use side/slug without getting damage.

Cons:

- Your attack power is lower than subbing war. Berserk, attack up passive ability make quite a difference on the damage you can do to the monster.
