Translation and Item help for M10

Ok what level do I need to be to solo these 2 NMs and are they easy to find? Cause these 2 items are all I need and I need to know how to get em, or if I can get em in AH thatd help, Id need to know where in AH tho

They're EX items so you can't buy them off the Auction House. They're easy to find and they spawn about 10~30 minutes after dying. Getting to the spawn points is a lengthy jog though. You probably wouldn't want to solo them, either. It takes 3 level 46-48 people to take one of the Quads down if you build up TP before the fight.

do u remember whether or not the crest item given to u by Baudin is a solid rare ex or a special item u cant phycially use?
