It's pretty simple :)
It just swaps your current HP and MP bars.

If you have HP:300 MP:10 you will end up with HP:10 MP:300 (if your MP max is high enough). If you have HP:400 MP:0 you will end up dead with 400MP. Be careful with it ;)

I used Convert with 0 MP once, and it doesn't kill you. All it does is make you waste your 10 minute ability.

Truthfully, I never had the guts to try it on 0MP ;) So it just does nothing? Your HP and MP stay the same?

I used it with 0 MP as soon as I got Convert, which was a really long time ago so my memory is a little fuzzy but I'm certain it doesn't kill you. I think what it did was reduce your HP to the total of your maximum MP, so it looks like this:

Before: HP - 700/700 MP - 0/300
After: HP 300/700 MP - 0/300

Either that or my HP was already around 300 when I used Convert with 0 MP so I just remembered it happening that way, when in reality nothing happened at all. :sweat:

I really did a stupid convert this weekend. I was fighting giants in delkfutt and got into some bad linkage. I ran for a teleport and got to safety, but realised I was on 20HP with my HP decreasing due to poison (or similar)! Anyway, I had a bit of MP left so I used cure a couple of times to take my HP off, then thought it would be better if I convert and cast cure II or III. So I used convert and before I could cast cure, I died because I only had 4MP left before I used it. Doh!

When will you get this ability? You choose the ability like, say, continual magic?

Level 40. It's an ability like Continuous Magic, but you can use it every 10 minutes instead of every 2 hours.
