Level Cap Quest(s)?

How many are there, and what are they, where do they take place?

some quests have level caps to them, so if you are a level 60 warrior, and the quest you are doing has a level cap of 50, your level goes down to 50 when you are doing the quest. And after the quest is done your level goes back up to 60.

But don't you have to do quests inorder to get past certain levels?
I have read many journals where the writer and 17 peaple (it is a full party) go somewhere to defeat bossses, and then they can go past a certain level... What are these quests, and where are they?

Level caps only happen in BC battles... BC means Burning circle Battles.. everyone gathers around a Alter and they target and click on the BC then they are lowered to the Level cap the BC is set at.. also only one party can go in.. so no Allinces(18people)

17 people isnt a full party.. its a Allince.. Full party is 6 people.. Full allince is 18 people

As for Level break caps.. meaning you can go over level 50 and up are 3 quest.. one more after Patch on the 15th

First quest 55
Second 60
third 65
Fourth on the 15th 70

And no.. you dont need to start the quest to get the items.. The quest is in jueno.. dont remember the guy's name right now

Also.... these monsters are hard so becareful... its not ment to be easy~

I didnt know that some battels required you to go level down :/
