I'm pretty sure you can find english speaking players on any server; they're not all only on ragnarok any more.

However, if you land up on a server where it might be a little tedious every day to find a good PT, I'd recommend requesting a worldpass from someone here.

if you end up on seraph i'll help you whenever. whenever i'm online that is and i'm in japan so we might not be online at the same time much. but it seems there are importers here on seraph as well though i've yet to meet them in game. lakshmi seems to have more importers and is just as young as seraph. but you should come to seraph; we need more english speakers! :thumbsup: my character's name is ozdemir and he's around windhurst.
