Please help me it says something about error #550 and something about not being able to out archives. help me i really want to use it.

Firstly, what Windows version are you running? Secondly, try to uninstall the adapter, reboot, turn off your computer, hook up the adapter with a controller, then turn back. Load the drivers and all should be fine. If that doesn't work, try to e-mail Soyo.

im running windows XP it says its compatible but in says unable to open archives cause of of some spider.ace thingy
