ti4200 no doubt! U can find them for around 110-130 bucks!
nVidia beats all when it comes to ti series!

Yup, nVidia beats all, except for Radeons. Comparing a Ti4200 and a Radeon 9200 doesn't seem very fair though.

lol ok, But my question still remains, which card would be more gracious to me graphically wise, and what card would give me the better score

i would suggest the ti 4200 because of two reasons:
i have that card myself
any radeon below 9500 is actually worse than the gf3 ti 500 in any current game
i have the ti 4200 and my benchmark score is 5080. then again, i have 2.513 gh p4 533mh fbs 512 800mh ram and an 80 gig hd. my comp owns most.

Ewww, sloweron CPU :dead: Celerons are budget CPUs just like the AMD Durons...might wanna upgrade that...prob is, you may need to upgrade the motherboard too ta do so. Unlike AMD which the same motherboard can support both a Duron or Athlon. Intel makes money by playing the socket game. Every new style CPU requires a new style of socket, that's why people like AMD so much...but in the end Intel does beat AMD in speed tests...but for a heaftier price.
On the subject of the Video card...i'd recommend the ti4200 for sure. I use the following system and got a bench of 3120 on the FFXI Bench:
AMD Athlon 1500+ (this is the main reason my bench is so low...need a faster one)
512MB DDR400
MSI Geforce 4 ti4200 128MB 8x
Dual Hard drives, 120GB and 30GB 7200RPM each, 2 and 8MB cache
and a Gigabyte GA-7VAXP Motherboard

Go with Nvidia as FFXI was optimized for Nvidia and their cards and drivers. Over all you will have less graphical glitches ans what not
Dual athalon 2000+ mp processors
tyan tiger mpx mother board
dual channel ddr 1 GIG OF 2700 runnin in slots 2 and 4 for performance boost
geforce ti 4600( soon to be 5900 ultra fx)
dual 80 gig wd specail with 8MB cache soon to be raid 0
god i love my beef machine:spin:

you should think about overclocking Oburi, after all, celeron processors are the kings of overclocking due to the ondie cache. with your model, you can easily get it to 2.4 gh without losing stability, and keeping it in the safezone for heat.
