Is a "meteorite" good for anything?

Well i've been hunting crawlers non-stop for about two days, and this is the first time i've gotten a "meteorite" so I assume it's rareish. Used in a quest of some sort maybe?

Any help appreciated.

You can trade it for a cool circlet to a guy in Walls. It's a quest though, so he'll have to offer you the quest though, saying he wants a piece of heaven or a star or something like that. He's in the house by the entrance coming from Waters.
