From what I'm seeing on this forum, a good 30% of you were accepted in the ps2 beta. Of course I'm most likely wrong. I actually expected less people to get accepted since the game has been beta tested for a year in japan, and has been released for a year in japan now. Thats a grand total of 2 years since the start of the first ffxi server. I'm sure after 2 years the game should run flawlessly. S-E actually has to buy those hdd's for testing in NA, so it gets quite expensive which is another reason why S-E restricted the amount of ps2 beta testers.
Does anyone have a better estimate of how many percent of the people in this forum were accepted into the ps2 beta? I just want this info as a reference to answer some of my other questions.
