My Mood: | PLD Artifact assistance
Hey, this goes out to anyone on Kujata that's interested in helping me nab the last to pieces of PLD AF. While the Beadeaux key and coffer aren't too much of a problem (just extremely and retardedly slow since I have to go as one of my 75s w/o /thf to survive, then go back as PLD to get the coffer), Garbage Shitadel is impossible w/o some help (at least 3 people), as I have to go past two gates to even get to the coffer area. Killing mobs for both keys will also be nessesary, so higher level help would be appreciated. ![]() I'll request that whoever decides to help realizes that it could take a while, and be ready to stay to help for significant periods of time (10-15 minutes *isn't* a significant period of time). Last few "friends" that decided to help decided they needed to go only after about 12 minutes of hanging around. Why even bother to show up if you're gonna half-ass help, y'know? ![]() Sorry for the mini rant, but it gets to me that people say they're gonna help, but never do. |

I'd help but I'm from Midgard. Thanks to WotG you don't need people to get past Banishing Gates 1 and 3 though, since the Maw lets you enter Garlaige from behind. Best of luck to you.

The shitadel coffer was the worst for me. Took my friend and I almost 2 hours to get a key to drop, and even longer to get the required help to get through the gates. I had a much easier time getting my Surcoat than I did getting the coffer in Garliage. Sorry if that makes things look grim. Don't get too discouraged tho. Most people are only willing to help with the gate breach if it's going to benefit them as well. You can mebbe get lucky going through gate 1 if there's a party there, but the Coffer is going to be behind #3 or #2 so you really do need actually help to get the coffer. Kind of a pain. |

You got off easy! It took me like 6 hours to get my Beadeaux key. Beadeaux really sucks. I hate that hellhole.

Thanks for the Wings reminder. I completely forgot about that backdoor. I'll see what I can do with that info. |

Garlaige isn't too bad. If you can secure the key, go into the past and head to the cavernous maw in Sauro through Garlaige Citadel [s]. It's fairly quick, and this way when you come out of the maw into the present, you'll be behind gate 3. There are a number of coffer spawns there, and so you'll just have to pray one shows up at that point. It's a lot better than screwing around with the gates. |

Now wait here. Do you need keys or just the coffer? I'll offer help but you're in some crazy ass time zone, I don't think I could get on when you are. |

That would be both the keys and the coffers. I should be able to manage a decent schedule for this week, as it's the last week of my vacation, but after that, I'm not sure what my schedule will be like, so I can't say. |

Is Sunday (EST) in your vacation? I should also be on Friday evening, around 7pm (EST)

EST Sunday is generally my Monday, and I'd be back at work by then (unfortunately). The Friday evening time, however, would work, as that'd be Saturday at 9am JST for me. Having really screwy play times makes things harder than they need to be. |

Aight, kewl. I'll look you up then. Last edited by LilithAngel; 01-30-2008 at 05:44 AM. Reason: Because I don't have any uberJapanese friends, unless you wanna call the random waves I get from Hinty or Scary as "friends"... |
