Lowbie seeks LS

I'm looking for a linkshell that is more focused on lower end content - getting new players in to FFXI, introducing some of the quests, people willing to explain the system of Nightmare creatures, etc.

I've been playing MMORPGs for years, and FF for far too long, but I'm fairly new to FFXI. I've figured out the systems and such, but I'm looking for a LS that will help me with the quests, teach me about things, but not just put me in a group, run through it, and be done. I'm not looking to hit 70 in a week. I'm not looking for someone to tell me every step in finishing storyline quests. I'm looking for a group that will tell me places to look, and help me get started, then run quests with me. And I'm looking for one that understands that to a new person in the MMORPG, lots of things are interesting, not just hitting Rank 7 and capping your fishing skill....
