I saw this guy staring at me from a far and went over to pay him a little visit. Also that goblin fisher wasn't that strong at the time it was around my lvl don't really remember what that was exactly probably 5-8. Thanks guys I'm going to take a trip from San to Stok soon so I'll post that if I make it.
