I know what it is and what it's for, my question is: what's a decent fishing setup to get one? One hasn't been on sale for days and I need a friggin Golden eye.

I forget, but it shouldn't be hard to look up on the wiki. Also, you CAN pull one mindgazer from below if you'd like a break from fishing...

I've been pulling the one mindgazer since last night lol, I sometimes have decent luck w/ it dropping but not this time around. And unfortunately wiki has no info on a good setup to fish up the shell, I keep getting Bluetails.

Being a shell you'd think it'd be easier to fish up with a rogue/robber rig but I've had far more luck hooking it with a shrimp lure. If you don't have a lu the good old halcyon can pull it up, but if you're afraid of losing the pricey lure you might want to cancel anything that doesn't con "good feeling" with one exclamation mark. I'm pretty sure even breams can break the line on a halcyon.

Yeah...if it helps anyone else, I finally gave up and just bought whatever was on the AH, Norg AH(I think it's linked to Bastok?) was kind of barren, picked up Hume rod for 3k and Minnow lure for 1k...took about 6-7 tries but got a shell with 0 fishing skill.
