Accession Enspell with Hollow Earring

Does anyone know if this works? As in, if you do Accession Enspell with Hollow Earring on, does everyone get the +3 damage or just you?

I'm trying to justify to myself getting Hollow over Magnetic for my rdm if I promise to level sch to 75. <_< The possibility of new enspells that are desirable to use in parties shook my resolve in Magnetic being the only worthwhile choice for me.

Isn't +enspell damage gear checked on every swing? i.e. You need to keep it on? If that's the case, then I would expect that not to work.

Uh, yes it does work that way with fencer's ring and buzzard tuck. Rats.

Accession Enspells are presently determined by both the day and the enhancing skill of the SCH as per March update. I don't think the enspell bonuses of gear like Hollow Earring would apply.
