lol I'm sure people are trying everything in their power to "Claim" him. Watch you need some kind of Temporary Key Item or something lol... Whatever the requirements are I'm sure it will be very soon that some poor sap will figure it out and get raped by the Shy Dark ixion. ^^

You need to kill pixies, take their drop, then throw it at him.

People have fought him. People have been annihilated by him.

I got a feeling that Dark Ixion isn't even the one that drops the items, but rather some odd speedbump in a mini-quest to fight the real Ixion. Sort of like the Sandworm isn't the HNM you want to kill, but you need to fight him to gain access to the real HNMs with the good drops.

No, he drops the items. Two people have posted their win screenies in the accomplishment thread. He drops the cloak, cape, horn and tail.

Anybody know what the horn crafts into?
