The kitty demands new sparklies! Besides, seeing something worthwhile for a Drg beyond Hecatomb or Crimson armor from HNMs would be nice.

How about a new GKT to rival Hagun and hopefully lower it's absurd price tag.

I don't view that as overly pressing since the Hagun is the most kickass GKatana out there, and it is dropped from a ENM accessible by all, that only requires CoP to be installed. You hit up two (at least I think it's two ENMs that drop this) ENMs per week with a static group, make a ton of gil, get some nice items for all like the Forager's Mantle and other stuff, and eventually get a Hagun to drop.

When the difficulty of getting a Hagun is compared to the difficulty of getting a Ridill, I'm not seeing the problem, and a Samurai who doesn't have one only has 3 excuses. Either he doesn't want one, too lazy to farm for one, or too lazy to ENM for one. Well, 4 excuses maybe, getting a static group for it might be a little hard at times, but it really shouldn't be hard to get some friends together for gil, exp, and loot, so meh.

No, DRG deserves new sparkles! SAM gets enough gear choices as it is.

Though that one DAT vid I saw, wyvern get new breath... but knowing SE's reputation with us, it'll hardly make any DRG go *Jazz Hands*.

I don't know if I'd say that Dragoon deserves new sparklies. We do have some excellent gear choices for just about any build you want, in addition to plenty of lances to choose from.

While new sparklies are always nice and appreciated, if Dragoon were to get anything really new I feel it should be tweaks to our wyverns. Especially now with mention of that island full of Dragoons. Just what those tweaks should be, well, that's hard to say. I know what I'd like to see, we'll just have to wait and see what SE decides to do.

Well I think a good reason to feel there might be a lance/spear drop from Ixion is the giant horn... I mean... Behemoth gives Thundercloud...although that has nothing to do with his horn, but w.e. he still has big horns... and So it's feasable it's a possibility. Seeing how hard it used to be to get the V.Fork though compared to the fact it will be easier to at least attempt to get it now may have deterred SE away from adding one though.

If not a lance though I'm sure some kind of either armor made by his horn,(Ixion-Hecatomb set?) or a weapon that's basically a prat of the horn...i.e. a dagger, jambiya, etc. Guess we will find out soon enough. Only a few more hours til' we get wind of whether he will be a summon, a WoTG storyline player, or a HNM. Crossing my fingers in the hope SE does this update as well as they have built it up. ^^
