Dream equipment (the santa-ish looking gear) is acquired during the Starlight Celebration each year. There's several pieces to acquire that have different methods of acquiring. The Starlight Festival starts tonight (Tuesday, Dec. 18) at midnight; which I guess would actually be Wednesday, Dec. 19... w/e.

Granted Ginger Cookies are dirt cheap anyway (3kish for a stack of 99 last I checked), but eh...free food that you'll use.

1. The Anniversary Band (even if it doesn't recharge as predicted on the anniversary of the use of it's last charge).
