Oh, it makes sense in several contexts. Sushi is all about attacking--it is an offensive food. MND is not traditionally an attack attribute--it is the White Magic attribute which is support/healing. INT, on the other hand, is like mage's DEX--it helps our spells hit, so it's quite complementary to the basic purpose of sushi whereas MND is contrary to it. MND is more often found on more defensive foods.
