Area under own nations control

Do the added affects of items like the Republic Circlet that say, "In area's under own nations control", work in the Dynamis of the nation your character is set in? It'll be weeks till I get a chance to check it out. I already tried asking my lss and some friends, none of them know for sure.

I'm 99% sure they only work in areas that can fall under conquest.

So ONLY if the zone shows up in the conquest menu can those items give their buffs.

[Necropolis]

Dynamis is not ever considered under a nation's control, however, items that are active outside your nations control are always active in dynamis as well as sea. They do not however work in ToAU areas.
