So my question is why does nobody want this sword? i mean stats look good to me. Plus prices of everything are dropping like rocks nowadays. It seems I'm going to have the same issue with my Iron-Splitter now.

Pretty much all drain weapons are poor choices for anything other then farming or skilling. An with server prices the way they are 400k just seems like was to much money.
Sorry you wasted all that time =/ try afk bazaaring it for awhile. but most likely you need to cut that price in half atleast..
