It's mostly where the Rune weapons and Arcane Flowerpot come from. Some of the items gained from this little 'side-quest' aren't half bad, and can be sold for a bit of profit, depending on your server. EDIT: Wow, ok, my web browser must have time travel technology or something in it. Gotta love when I can post after someone and have the time stamp read as being before them. XD

I don't have any actual experience with them, but this and this should cover it pretty well. You could probably find info on Allakhazam, too, but I'm too lazy to look.
