You mean the Treat Staff? http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/Treat_Staff

The Trick Staff II and Treat Staff II you can use any time, the former once a day and the latter once every five days. The Treat Staff II has unlimited charges though, while the Trick Staff II only has ten.
