  Fomor codex
Recently i have been farming codex's for gil but now im am getting realy frustrated from it, before i have goten some VERY good drop rates, like better then 1/10 consistantly but now it has been over 50+ kills and i cant get the damn thing to drop, . Is there any conditions needed for it to drop, recently i have been killing a few fomors to get hate to pop my own nm and im starting to think if you have over a certian amout of hate it wont drop or maybe you can only have so many drop in a set period of time.
Any help or ideas would be apreciated!
