I also recently camped Spipi and never saw a gilseller, then again her cape is down to 70k on my server so I guess none of them care.

Everytime I run by while farming bees and waiting for the spawn, there is always atleast one gilseller (who just so happens to warp and spead hack, lovely.) and rarely a few normal players that bot (Its nice when you see someones head constantly scrolling around very quickly). Most of the time it is one rmt and three reg players just doing there thing.
