They flat out said that 2 dex equals 1 acc awhile back. You might not be able to break it down to 1.5 acc for 3.

peti is Ranged Accuracy +5 too :p (Acid bolts ftw)
if you're eating sushi, you really won't need the +5 difference from SH.

Sorry, but 2 DEX IS 1 Accuracy. Tried, and tested. Wether or not you want to believe DEX has some secondary effect on hitting rate aside from adding Accuracy is totally up to you, but the fact is that 2 DEX will add 1 Accuracy. It's not even that hard to test. I'm sleepy and lazy to even try to look up the link, but I also recall S-E's statement about 2 DEX giving 1 Acc and 2 AGI giving 1 Evasion. It was in the Q&A from the fan festival I think, in the same interview that they denounced CHR having anything to do with enmity and Provoke.
