| Esquire's earring latent effect.
The earring has a latent effect of def+5, What actually activates it?. Some say any subjob will do it. Some say only if health is in orange or red. And some say only sub/Pld. Looking for the final answer. It's a bcnm30 drop so It's gotta be worth finding out what/how it works. Thank You.....

the level 30 earrings usually activates when you have the correct sub job. This one I'm guessing you need /PLD.

Yes is it /pld. The names of all these Lv30 earrings give away the subjob. es·quire (ĕs'kwīr', ĭ-skwīr') n. A man or boy who is a member of the gentry in England ranking directly below a knight. (Abbr. Esq.) Used as an honorific usually in its abbreviated form, especially after the name of an attorney or a consular officer: Jane Doe, Esq.; John Doe, Esq. In medieval times, a candidate for knighthood who served a knight as an attendant and a shield bearer. Archaic. An English country gentleman; a squire
