So for some unknown reason i have a strange urge to get back to Hours of sitting in Jueno LFG..........

I used to play on Kujata and stopped about 2.5 years ago. my account has since been deleted.. I left the game due to must RMT or you are gimped and cant get a group. So after about a two year grind on L2 and a pretty dismal 3 months on Vanguard SOH I arrive back at square one...... LFG..........

So fully dreading the Dunes and the ocassional rant from Feba, I ask of you Ifrit is there a linkshell out there that will take a returning n00b who will have nothing except rants and rememberance of the days when "/ja Meditate instant TP WS no SC and 2 BLM's who when you did SC couldn't get off the MB"

Sittin in Sandy LFG........
as I can't even get to the dunes yet.

Welcome back though, and just as a note, sitting in Sandy LFG will do... no good at all. Go solo some, but don't just sit around.

Hello and welcome! The best way to find a nice social shell in my opinion, is to go out and party with people, and generally when you make friends people will offer you pearls. If all else fails, you can join mine!^^ I found my first LS on my first dunes party though, so I'm sure it won't take you long to find a good one^^

I wish I had some help when I first started and even now... But alas I knew no one. I've been on for 2 months and I'm only lv 30. People with friends can get to 30 in a few days... *sob* And, I play a few hours a day. Didn't find out that that war was a gimp sub for rdm until a few weeks ago. SUCK!

Don't worry Evion, I have played for 19 months (with a 3 month break) and still onl have highest job at 38, I sometimes can only get an hour a day or 2 at a pinch if that, but I still enjoy the game and have a great social LS. Yeah I know the steep learning curve, I did war to 32 on sword before realising Axe is key, which is why I'm levelling a new character with a Galka War using Great axe and axe. and will skill up on it with Brick.

Well 2 things you can do. Farm farm farm in Ronfare, you will still get exp if you use empress band from msot things, though consentrate on sheep and gobs for crystals and sheep skin, when you hit 10 go into La Theine and start exping on sapplings and anything that registeres decent challenge, keep your flag up.

If you have enough money, buy some prism powder (turns you invisible) and some silent oil. prism powder to use when you alk to dunes and spot a gob or orc that you can't get past and silent oil for the sand bats in the tunel in dunes to the main low level camping spots.

If its any consolation to both the Evion and Jarr ive been playing for a little over a year now and and my hightest level is 36 THF but i also have a 24 RNG, 15 WAR, 12 WHM ,and 13 BLM.....soo yeah...
and also my first LS was given to me the moment i started...i just got thru with with the first cutscene when someone offered me a trade,...gave me a pearl and ran off...that LS has since disbanded and made a new LS of which i also am a part off. Also got another LS from someone who left that LS and let me stick with them....so i gots two LS's with lots of great people in them...

Edit: just noticed how old this thread is..
