Whether or not we know them or should care seems to be irrelevant. I suppose one could say because he posted it he assumed we would, but somehow I doubt that. Just wanted to kind of spread the love? I'm not big on Youtube and couldn't care less what's 'awesome well done.' I think the thought and heart in it was sweet and to me, as a girl, that's what would matter for something like that. For an anniversary, I don't want material crap. I want my man with me, that's all. I don't even really enjoy jewelry and etc.
