First of all... The quest to unlock the Job Summoner is level 3o, not the battles. What you do is that you farm leeches for endless hours in hope of getting a Carbuncles Ruby. Then you have to lug that piece of rock all around Vana'Diel to gather elements. All this leaves you with the ability to conjure a blue epileptic ferret by the name Carbuncle. The battles however is a different thing. There are two of them: A solo battle at level 2o where you have to defeat the Avatar with Carbuncle only, and a party battle at 6o+. And please, please learn to post in the right board...
