just wondering if there is a good PC video editing progam that allows you to covert single frames of a video into a picture.. and then later import them back into that same video??



help would greatly be appreciated.. im looking int Adobe Premiere, but wanted to ask first^^

I can vouch for Adobe Premeire, as I use it, and it would allow you to do that.

windows movie editor is what i use! Its a good program, it came free with my computer. No paying 500$ on no adobe junk!
