Error when trying to view movies

Hey guys maybe u can help me with a problem i have...

...when i try to donwload movies a message apperas that says this :

cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive.

do u kow what this means and hw i can fix it. I t only happens on some movies, not all of them. I have DivX and i unzip it with WinZip. Can anyone help me? How can i get a valid archive to make it work?:confused:

You need to restart your computer, and redownload them. The video download was cut short, therefore...

It's not a valid archive.

i try downloading it again, and restarting my comp, but it still doesn't work. Anyone else has tis problem?

I tried that too, you have to get a download program so u get the whole file

unfourtanetly I dont know where to get one

Try to search for Getitright on www.download.com
