| Junior Member  |   What to use for H.e.l.m??
Hello I recently gotten into the Harvesting, excavating, logging, mining.. I know for Logging and Mining you need a Hatchet and a Pickaxe.. But as far as Harvesting and Escavating what are the required items? As i found a few spots to harvest and couldnt do it since i didnt have the proper Item or Equip.

You can use a Pickaxe for excavating and mining. For harvesting, use a sickle. Try to buy them from local vendors in town versus the AH to save some gil. There is also a H.E.L.M. section on these boards with more great info and tips. Good Luck! |

Pickaxes are used for excavating as well. Harvesting uses Sickles.

Harvesting is a sickle, and excavating uses a pickaxe.
